Complete GTA 4 Liberty City Map Via Google Maps

Even though we have been aware that Rockstar Games is releasing a new edition of Grand Theft Auto in GTA V for quite some time now, it seems dedicated fans are still finding ways to enhance the GTA 4 experience. From detailed GTA 4 modifications to replicate GTA San Andreas to modifications to create a GTA 5 imagined through the information given to us in the first GTA 5 trailer.

GTA 4 Liberty City Map Overview

Now, the creative team at GTA4.net has come up with an amazing street by street view of Liberty city through the Google Maps interface. Users can zoom in to every street in Liberty City as well as toggle different options such as random character locations, health & armor pickups, weapon pickups, stunt jumps, and several other activities that are available in the GTA 4 game.

The best thing to come of this new & exciting feature is the street by street view of Liberty City which will make the player feel as if he or she was playing the game itself. Check out the several features this new & amazing tool allows you to do:

  • Drag the google like pegman icon onto any street of the GTA 4 map to open street view.

  • Use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out of the street photos, or you can do the same by using the controls on the top left of the GTA 4 map.

  • Use the different categories on the right side of the map to determine which items you want displayed on the GTA 4 Liberty City map. Click on the specific items for relevant information, screenshot images and videos.

  • Find a specific item, by selecting the appropriate category and entering a word or phrase into the search box. Example: To see the locations of all the rockect launcher pickup locations, select the weapons category on the GTA 4 map, and type rocket into the search box.

  • Mark a point on the map by clicking “Mark a location” and then clicking any point on the map that you wish to mark. Once the waypoint or mark has been added to the map, you can drag it to any location the map, right-click it to remove it from the GTA 4 map completely or double-click it to add a description to it.

  • Share the current GTA 4 Liberty City map view with anyone by clicking “Link to current map view” and then copying and pasting the link into an e-mail message, social status, document or website.

With Rockstar Games claiming to make big strides with the release of its latest Grand Theft Auto installment, GTA 5, we would not be surprised to see Rockstar deploy a similar tool with the game.
